Our client is a global e-commerce company seeking a Content Writer and Project Coordinator for a one-year contract in downtown Toronto (hybrid, 2 days/week in-office).
This role focuses on developing impactful content and coordinating international projects, helping sellers navigate global regulations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver clear, engaging messaging that supports strategic initiatives and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Create high-quality written content across formats (emails, scripts, presentations)
- Coordinate deliverables and approvals across stakeholders to keep projects moving
- Collaborate with global teams to align messaging and strategy
- Leverage AI tools to enhance writing efficiency and clarity
- Contribute to initiatives that support sellers’ compliance with international standards
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance content effectiveness
- 3–5 years of content creation experience
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with style guides (e.g., Chicago Manual of Style)
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and across time zones
- Skilled in tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Slack
- Comfortable working with Legal, Product, and Customer Support teams
