We’re looking for an Admin to join their team as a Correspondence Coordinator.</p><br><br><p>Our client, is are a growing international food distributor, attending trade shows around the world to discover exciting products — from coffee to peaches and everything in between! We’re looking for an Admin to join their team as a Correspondence Coordinator.</p><p>In this role, you’ll create and send professional emails and letters to trade show exhibitors and suppliers, follow up on replies, and help organize information for their buying team. You’ll also monitor several email accounts, keep everything on track, and make sure no details are missed.</p><p>If you enjoy writing, can type quickly, and have strong organizational skills, this is a great opportunity to build valuable experience in sourcing and international trade.</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Create and send professional emails and letters to suppliers around the world.</li><li>Follow up on responses and ensure accurate, timely communication.</li><li>Monitor and manage multiple email accounts for the buying team.</li><li>Ask questions with direction from the buying team about product details, pricing, tariffs, and shipping.</li><li>Track and organize supplier responses for projects that can last 3–6 months.</li><li>Summarize and share information with the buying group to support decisions.</li><li>Take quick notes and maintain clear records throughout the process.</li></ul><br><br><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong writing and communication skills — you know how to write a clear, professional email or letter.</li><li>Fast and accurate typing skills; shorthand or quick note-taking is an asset.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage a large volume of messages.</li><li>Comfort with basic computer programs (Google Suite or MS Office).</li><li>Great organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>A curious mindset — you’re not afraid to ask the right questions.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
