Acara Solutions seeking for Senior Manager, Credit in Concord, ON.<BR><BR>Here's what you'll get:<BR><BR>Pay: $100K to $120K/year<BR><BR>Hours: 40 hours/week<BR><BR>Length: Direct Hire<BR><BR>Oversees all credit and collection activities with the goal of reducing the Accounts Receivable balance by driving the teams towards the desired results, enhancing collection tools, fine-tuning the credit review process, improving customer payment cycles, and mitigating risk exposure<BR>Responsible for overall management of the financial risk associated with the accounts receivable and the extension of Credit.<BR>Use of relevant tools to promote the review and analysis of customer portfolios, trends, and other relevant financial information.<BR>Responsible for developing existing and future Credit teammates and building a professional team that can exceed our expectations for collections and credit risk management performance.<BR>Oversees regional collection activities to improve non-pay disconnects, reduce bad debts, ensure return on third-party collection costs, monitor, and review customer aging reports with Regional Management.<BR>Develops and enhances policies and procedures around the collections process.<BR>Jointly responsible for the approval of Credit for the division in accordance with the Credit Policy.<BR>Establishes quarterly collection targets, manages staff to achieve goals, and develops a systematic process to forecast receivables.<BR>Manages, enforces, and updates the Company's Credit Policy and practices to meet evolving business needs and mitigate risk.<BR><BR>Required Skills / Qualifications:<BR>High School Diploma or GED<BR>Minimum of 6 years' experience in analyzing financial statements and credit/collections data.<BR>Minimum of 6 years' experience in credit or collections management, including policy enforcement and reporting.<BR>Preferred Skills / Qualifications:<BR>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business<BR>Working knowledge of Credit practices in the construction industry is a definite asset.<BR>Excellent written and oral communication skillsCreate Your Resume First
