The opportunity
My client is seeking a strategic and analytical
Customer Relationship Senior Business Analyst
to strengthen how they engage with and support their customers. In this role, you will lead initiatives to optimise CRM systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
You will provide strategic direction across CRM-related initiatives, acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
Main responsibilities
- Lead CRM initiatives:
Plan, execute, and deliver CRM-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements - Requirements gathering and analysis:
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications - System optimisation:
Continuously evaluate and improve CRM platforms to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency - Stakeholder management:
Build strong relationships across departments and serve as the central point of contact for CRM-related topics - Solution design and validation:
Collaborate with technical teams to design, validate, and refine CRM solutions aligned with business goals - Data analysis and reporting:
Analyse customer data, identify trends, and create reports that provide actionable business insights - Training and support:
Develop and deliver CRM training programs and provide ongoing user support - Change management:
Lead change management activities for new CRM releases, including communications and training plans
Key requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in Management, Sales and Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing solutions, market analysis, B2C platforms, or marketing campaign environments
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their core functionalities
- Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and translate insights into dashboards and actionable recommendations (e.g. Power BI or built-in CRM dashboards)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across business teams and third-party developers
- Experience managing projects end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Demonstrated expertise in business requirements gathering and documentation
- Hands-on experience with CRM sales, marketing, and support modules, including data structures, forms, fields, and business rules
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices
- Experience creating documentation and managing work in agile delivery tools
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, automations, and web-based business applications
