Join TD Securities in Oakville, Ontario, Canada as a part‑time Customer Experience Associate. This role offers 15 hours per week and a pay range of $22.50 to $28.33 CAD per hour.

Job Description
We’re looking for a charming, customer‑focused associate who can handle financial transactions accurately and provide an exceptional customer experience.
In This Role, You Will:
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments according to operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and promote banking solutions, completing business processes on time and accurately.
- Connect personally with customers to explain banking solutions and processes clearly.
- Help build a positive, diverse, equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and ongoing performance development.
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated and providing status updates on routine activities.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to enhance excellence.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
- Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact calmly and courteously with diverse customers.
