Role Overview:


TheAILabbis a leading innovation company specializing in AI-powered digital solutions, mobile app development, and emerging technologies. We are looking for a Data Analyst to help translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Data Analysis & Reporting:Extract, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights.

  • Power BI Dashboard Development:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

  • Data Visualization & Storytelling:Create compelling visual representations of data to facilitate decision-making.

  • SQL Querying & Data Extraction:Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.

  • Business Intelligence & Insights:Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven strategies.

  • Collaboration & Communication:Work with engineers, product managers, and business leaders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Data Governance & Quality:Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Proficiency in Power BI:



    >Experience building interactive dashboards, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI best practices, performance optimization, and data modeling techniques.


Technical Expertise:



  • Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA is a plus).

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.

  • Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.


Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:



  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.

  • Experience in identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.


Soft Skills:



  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Nice-to-Have:



  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift).

  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI-driven analytics.

  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
