About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data / Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical to building and optimizing our data and analytics infrastructure, enabling informed decision-making and driving financial performance across our dealership network. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with advanced data analytics skills to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.


Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year + 10% performance-based bonus

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Design and implement a centralized data warehouse and reporting infrastructure
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (sales, service, finance, CRM)
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple business units
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Who You Are

Technical Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or FP&A (automotive or retail industry experience is an asset)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA/CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is an asset
  • Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning tools is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs

Requirement

Valid BC driver’s license and vehicle for travel to lower mainland dealerships when required.
