About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Denture CAD/CAM Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in digital denture design, along with a solid understanding of traditional (analog) denture workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for designing full-arch dentures with precision and efficiency using advanced CAD/CAM technology, ensuring the final restorations meet the highest quality standards.<br><br>
Position Details (Important Highlights):<ul><li>Software: 3Shape preferred, but Exocad is also acceptable.</li><li>Employment Type: Full-time preferred, but flexible (part-time or per-unit contract also possible).</li><li>Location: Worldwide remote candidates are acceptable.</li><li>Additional Notes: Priority will be given to candidates who are highly skilled and truly experienced in digital denture workflows.</li></ul>
<br>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design complete and partial dentures, immediate dentures, flippers, and implant-supported dentures.</li><li>Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory teams to customize prosthetics based on prescriptions and patient needs.</li><li>Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical specifications while adhering to internal quality standards.</li><li>Review incoming scans, attachments, and patient data to ensure accurate case setup and workflow.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve digital issues throughout the design process.</li><li>Stay current on digital denture technology, software advancements, and workflow developments.</li><li>Maintain accurate case documentation and consistent communication through remote tools.</li></ul>
<br>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong experience in digital denture design (minimum 3-5 years preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in 3Shape (highly preferred) and/or Exocad.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to design complex full-arch cases with precision.</li><li>Excellent time management and accountability in a remote work environment.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills in a virtual setting.</li></ul>
<br>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Background in analog / traditional denture fabrication (wax-ups, setups, occlusion, tooth selection, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with 3D scanning, 3D printing, and milling workflows.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental laboratory environment.</li><li>Understanding of digital production processes, quality standards, and implant prosthetic principles.</li></ul>
