Lambert Nemec Group is seeking a Director of Finance / Senior Finance Leader to join a rapidly expanding global organization. This high-impact leadership role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure.


Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Director of Finance will lead financial strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and team development while partnering closely with leadership to support global expansion and long-term performance.


Responsibilities



  • Leading the organization’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.

  • Developing and executing financial strategy aligned with corporate growth and expansion objectives.

  • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.

  • Establishing and monitoring key financial and operational performance metrics (KPIs).

  • Building scalable finance processes, policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.

  • Leading cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital planning.

  • Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion initiatives through financial modeling and due diligence.

  • Partnering with executive leadership to provide financial insights and decision support.

  • Overseeing tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

  • Selecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP and financial reporting systems.

  • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team.

  • Driving continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives.


Requirements



  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred; equivalent senior finance leadership experience will be considered.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles.

  • Proven experience in financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Experience supporting multi-entity, global, or high-growth organizations.

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and financial systems; ERP experience is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and partner with executives.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.
