<p>Pet Bather – Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique - Shops at Don Mills</p><p><em>(In-Person Role – North York, ON)</em></p><p>At Splash and Dash, we believe pets are family. Our Pet Bathers are fun, energetic, and reliable team members who play a key role in helping pets look and feel their best. We are committed to the safety and well-being of every pet in our care while maintaining a clean, professional, and supportive environment for our team.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Safely bathe, dry, and brush dogs of all breeds and coat types following Splash and Dash standards.</li><li>Learn to correctly identify breeds, coat types, tools, techniques, and products.</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of pets, team members, and yourself at all times.</li><li>Maintain productivity levels and follow established tracking methods.</li><li>Use and care for grooming tools (brushes, combs, dryers, etc.).</li><li>Follow instructions when washing, drying, or prepping an animal's coat.</li><li>Record necessary information in our computer system.</li><li>Assist with salon upkeep, including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning.</li><li>Be comfortable working in a wet, humid, and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Move animals and merchandise up to 40 lbs.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>A passion for animals and their well-being.</li><li>Ability to work in a wet, humid environment and stay upbeat even when things get messy.</li><li>Strong attention to safety and adherence to established processes.</li><li>Team-player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.</li><li>Reliability and consistency in both attendance and task execution.</li></ul><p>Important to Know</p><ul><li>This is an in-person position.</li><li>All new team members complete a personality questionnaire during onboarding.
