Electronics Assembler / Test Technician

Job Description

What’s the Job?
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.75/hr (Minimum)
Duration: Temporary (Potential to convert to full-time)


Responsibilities



  • Perform automated system-level testing (Pre-Test, Burn-In, Final Test) on network switching equipment to verify functionality.

  • Monitor failures during testing and report to Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.

  • Report any test software or equipment issues or improvements.

  • Mechanical/electrical assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) into product cases.

  • Inspect PCBA and metal workprost per inspection procedures.

  • Complete final assembly and packaging of products.

  • Use fixtures and power/hand tools according to specifications.

  • Follow detailed process instructions and meet daily production goals.

  • Prepare and kit picklists for production lines; assist peers with water spider and de-trashing activities.

  • Comfortable using power/hand tools.

  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
