<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement embedded software to control TCU cellular RF front‑end components such as power amplifiers (PA), antenna switches, and related modules, in alignment with hardware RF design.</li>
<li>Customize RF calibration and verification sequences to support hardware bring‑up, manufacturing RF testing, and reliability validation.</li>
<li>Analyze and debug modem crash issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.</li>
<li>Support RF certification testing (e.g., regulatory, carrier, and automotive compliance) to ensure seamless integration and performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with RF hardware engineers, system architects, and test teams to ensure end-to-end integration and functionality.</li>
<li>Document software designs, test procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines in compliance with automotive standards.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of software development experience in C/C++ and scripting language Python.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with real‑time embedded programming, including concurrency and multi‑threading.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with cellular technologies such as UMTS, LTE, or 5G.</li>
<li>1 year of experience using common development tools such as Git repo, make, gcc, g++, gdb.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Hands‑on experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and/or JIRA.</li>
<li>Proficient background in unit testing and continuous integration.</li>
<li>Experience working with the Agile development methodology.</li>
<li>Excellent problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to debug and resolve complex issues.</li>
</ul>
