We’re currently looking for an Account Executive based in Montreal, Toronto (Canada), Raleigh, or Austin (United States). This full‑cycle role covers prospecting, discovery, demo, and signature with the full ownership of a defined market.


Responsibilities



  • New Logo Sales – Close new accounts and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Prospecting – Generate pipeline through outbound efforts in addition to provided leads.

  • Lead Conversion – Nurture warm leads from sales cycle to close.

  • Presentation – Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing calls.

  • Forecast – Accurately forecast sales with +/- 15 % accuracy.

  • Organize – Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and keep projects on track.

  • Systems – Master use of Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools.

  • Continuous Improvement – Embrace ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.

  • Thought Leadership – Develop deep industry knowledge and passion.

  • Startup Mindset – Adopt an entrepreneurial, grind‑it‑out mentality.


Qualifications



  • 2+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.

  • Documented success as a closer.

  • Ability to articulate metrics and data.

  • Willingness to prospect and build own pipeline.

  • Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.

  • Comfortable moving fast, multi‑tasking, and keeping energy high.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Insanely detail‑oriented and organized.

  • Positive, passionate, creative, smart, high‑character personality traits.

  • BA degree or higher.


Bonus if you have



  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc.

  • Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations.

  • Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software.

  • Documented success working remotely.
