This is a remote, hourly contract role focused on replicating real-world financial workflows to help improve next-generation AI financial reasoning systems.</p><p>Apply here: <span >https://trainmind.one/finance</span>-expert-remote </p><p><strong>Important </strong>(Applications must be submitted via the link in this post to be recognized by the hiring system.)</p><p>Position: Finance Expert</p><p>Hourly Rate: USD $150/hour</p><p>Contract Duration: Through end of February (extension possible)</p><p>Commitment: 10–40 hours/week depending on your availability</p><p>Location: Fully remote</p><p>Payment: Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on hours logged</p><p>High performers are prioritized for future AI Finance, LLM Evaluation, and Modeling projects</p><p><strong>Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)</strong></p><ul><li>Build detailed financial models from scratch, including LBOs, DCFs, operating models, and transaction-driven analyses.</li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate, refine, and validate AI-generated financial reasoning, ensuring accuracy, logical rigor, and professional-grade outputs.</li></ul><ul><li>Review deal-related scenarios, prompts, and work products, improving clarity, depth, and analytical quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to enhance AI model performance and real-world financial realism.</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver structured, transparent, and audit-ready financial analysis, aligned with standards used at top-tier banking and PE firms.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of direct, on-desk experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity at a top-tier firm (Academic experience does <em>not</em> count).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong track record in transaction execution, deal modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to construct models independently and articulate assumptions clearly.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and ability to review technical financial content.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to commit minimum 20 hours/week, working fully remotely and asynchronously.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process (Takes 20 min)</strong></p><ul><li>Upload resume</li></ul><ul><li>AI interview based on your resume</li></ul><ul><li>Submit form</li></ul></p></p>
