This leadership role is central to ensuring timely and accurate financial close and reporting, and is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting and team leadership who thrive in structured, deadline-driven environments.<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br />Reporting to a senior finance leader, this role is responsible for overseeing the monthly close process, managing consolidation activities, and preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Leading a team of 4–5 finance professionals, this manager will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of financial data, while supporting continuous improvement across reporting functions.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><ul><li>Lead the full month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages</li><li>Oversee financial consolidation across multiple entities or business units</li><li>Review and finalize external financial statements and related disclosures</li><li>Supervise, coach, and develop a team of intermediate and senior accountants</li><li>Liaise with auditors and support external audit processes</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system integrations and reporting transitions</li></ul><strong>What You Bring</strong><ul><li>CPA designation with 3–5 years of post-designation experience</li><li>Strong background in public accounting or a corporate finance team at a publicly traded company</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams</li><li>In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving</li></ul><strong>Why Join</strong><br />This is a key role within a stable, evolving organization where finance plays a critical role in operations and strategic decision-making.
