<li>Analyze capital expenditure against budget with specific KPI analysis</li>
<li>Partner with Operations to provide actionable financial insights and build strong cross-functional relationships</li>
<li>Maintain and present a rolling view of financial performance against targets, incorporating evolving business and market trends</li>
<li>Deliver value-added analysis, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and business impacts</li>
<li>Prepare month-end variance analysis and detailed commentaries versus budget and forecasts</li>
<li>Assist with financial modelling and provide decision support for strategic initiatives</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p></p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p><p></p> <li>University degree in a business-related discipline (Accounting or Finance preferred)</li>
<li>3+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or a related role</li>
