<p>Reporting directly to the District Manager, our growing Viking Dartmouth branch is seeking a Sprinkler Sales Representative. With nearly a century of expertise, Viking Fire Protection has built a trusted reputation based on its commitment for delivering advanced and reliable fire protection products and services that meet the highest standards and client expectations. </p><p><br></p><p>Join Viking and help us continue our mission to protect people's lives, properties, and valuable assets.</p><p><br></p><p>Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Build lasting partnerships - develop and secure new project opportunities and nurture client relationships.</li><li>Listen and understand client needs for fire safety solutions, including sprinkler systems, and provide tailored recommendations.</li><li>Bring plans to life - review and interpret building specifications with precision and insight.</li><li>Craft accurate proposals - prepare detailed work estimates and follow up on quotations to ensure clarity and trust.</li><li>Ensure transparency - deliver comprehensive cost estimates and clearly communicate any additional charges.</li><li>Keep projects on track - create work schedules and timelines when needed.</li><li>Stay connected - offer after-sales support and guidance to maintain customer satisfaction and confidence.</li><li>Lay the foundation for success - prepare all necessary documentation for contract initiation and smooth project execution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Succes factors:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>College diploma in fire protection or high school diploma with equivalent relevant experience.</li><li>5 years of experience in the fire protection contracting industry.</li><li>Fire Protection or Sprinkler system design/engineering background.</li><li>Good knowledge of fire protection and/or sprinkler systems.</li><li>Familiarity with applicable codes and standards related to fire protection, an asset</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel</li><li>Previous experience with CRMs (Sales Force or HubSpot, an asset).</li><li>Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities</li><li>Customer service oriented with strong communications skills and solution-oriented mindset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join Viking</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Viking values, respects, and supports the interests of its employees from all walks of life.
