With a strong local presence and top-tier talent, we deliver high-quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.</p> Job Description <p>FLINT is seeking dual ticketed Journeyperson Electricians & Instrumentation Technicians for a <strong>long-term, </strong>permanent <strong>Fly-In/Fly-Out (FIFO)</strong> opportunity based in <strong>Hay River, NT</strong>, starting january, 2026. This position follows a <strong>14 days on / 14 days off</strong> schedule. The successful candidate will perform operational tasks, with training provided on-site. Company-provided <strong>accommodation</strong> will be arranged in a shared contractor<strong> condo</strong>, offering a comfortable living environment. Benefits are available after 300+ hours worked.</p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems.</li><li>Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair transmitters, sensors, analyzers, and control valves.</li><li>Support small projects, upgrades, and system modifications as needed.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals.</li><li>Follow all OH&S, Client, and FLINT safety policies, including LOTO procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable plant performance.</li><li>Provide occasional after-hours support and maintain safety documentation and KPIs.</li></ul><p>Additionally, you will enjoy:</p><ul><li> 14 days on and 14 days off schedule.</li><li>Accommodation will be provided in companies condo. </li></ul><p>Ready to power your career while energizing critical infrastructure?
