<p>$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr</p>
<h3>Senior Full Stack Engineer | Up to $150k CAD (+ Bonus) | Calgary, Canada | Permanent</h3>
<p><b>Location:</b> Calgary (4 Days in Office)</p>
<p><b>Job Type:</b> Permanent</p>
<p>Our client, a Commodity Trading firm, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join them as part of a newly formed Digital Transformation Team. This is a hands‑on role within our Business Process Digitalisation group, where you’ll help redesign, automate, and scale business processes across the enterprise.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and assess opportunities for digital process improvement across various business units</li>
<li>Design end‑to‑end automation solutions and contribute to product architecture</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with AI and systems integration teams</li>
<li>Translate business needs into user journeys, wireframes, and working prototypes</li>
<li>Work hands‑on with modern technologies like AWS, React, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python</li>
<li>Help shape a new department with visibility and input into strategic direction</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and microservices</li>
<li>Knowledge of modern development frameworks: React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python, etc.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a comfort level working across technical and business teams</li>
<li>Experience delivering products from concept through to deployment</li>
<li>Calgary‑based or willing to relocate</li>
</ul>
