NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Use persuasive sales techniques to highlight the benefits of our financial solutions, handle objections, and pre-close deals efficiently.
  • Keep customers engaged throughout the sales cycle by creating urgency, reinforcing value, and proactively following up to secure commitments
  • Conducting outbound calls to develop new accounts (warm leads, no cold calling)
  • Qualifying customers, verifying employment & credit status
  • Listening and identifying the customers needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
  • Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process
  • Actively listening to customers and driving satisfaction through solution-based relationships
  • Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs.


What You Should Already Have:

  • You must be proficient in both French and English and comfortable communicating with our customers in both languages.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset
  • Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
  • Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
  • A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience


What We Will Give You:

Compensation:

All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:

  • Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
  • Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics (typically achieved in 68 months, though some have reached it in as little as 34 months).
  • Level 3: $110,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics and 1+ year of tenure.

Projected Yearly Earnings:

  • Level 1: $52,500 $65,000
  • Level 2: $67,500 $90,000
  • Level 3: $110,000 $130,000 (for top performers consistently excelling month over month).

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Utiliser des techniques de vente persuasives pour mettre en valeur les avantages de nos solutions financires, grer les objections et conclure efficacement les ventes.
  • Maintenir lengagement des clients tout au long du cycle de vente en crant un sentiment durgence, en renforant la valeur et en effectuant un suivi proactif pour obtenir leur engagement.
  • Effectuer des appels sortants afin de dvelopper de nouveaux comptes (prospects chauds, aucun appel froid).
  • Qualifier les clients, vrifier lemploi et la situation de crdit.
  • couter et identifier les besoins du client avant de linformer et de le conseiller sur la meilleure solution de financement personnel adapte sa situation.
  • Recueillir, organiser et transmettre toute la documentation et les informations pertinentes aux partenaires financiers pour acclrer le processus de prapprobation.
  • couter activement les clients et favoriser leur satisfaction grce une approche axe sur la solution.
  • Acqurir une bonne connaissance de lensemble des programmes de Spring Financial et conseiller les clients sur la meilleure utilisation de ces programmes.

Ce que vous devez dj avoir:

  • Matrise du franais et de langlais, et aisance communiquer avec nos clients dans les deux langues.
  • Attitude entrepreneuriale et capacit voluer dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Exprience pralable en vente au dtail ou en service la clientle, un atout.
  • Exprience en centre dappels, un plus (mais non obligatoire).
  • Esprit orient vers les rsultats, cratif et charismatique, avec le sens de lhumour et du travail dquipe.
  • Diplme ou combinaison quivalente dtudes et dexprience pertinente.

Rmunration:

Tous les nouveaux employs dbutent au Niveau 1, avec une progression claire selon la performance.

  • Niveau 1 : salaire de base de 50 000 $ + prime.
  • Niveau 2 : salaire de base de 60 000 $ + prime. Augmentation du salaire de base aprs atteinte des objectifs de performance (gnralement en 6 8 mois, parfois ds 3 4 mois).
  • Niveau 3 : salaire de base de 110 000 $ + prime. Augmentation du salaire de base aprs atteinte des objectifs et au moins un an danciennet.

Gains annuels estims :

  • Niveau 1 : 52 500 $ 65 000 $
