Core Technical Skills
Cloud Platform Management:
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
Oracle Fusion Middleware Expertise:
- Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring and management.
Database and Integration Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration tools like FBDI and HCM Data Loder
Security and Identity Management:
- Implementing access controls, encryption, and compliance policies.

Operational Responsibilities
- Fusion Tenancy setup and configuration
- Monitoring and performance tuning.
