Core Technical Skills

Cloud Platform Management:

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.

Oracle Fusion Middleware Expertise:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management.
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring and management.

Database and Integration Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration tools like FBDI and HCM Data Loder

Security and Identity Management:

  • Implementing access controls, encryption, and compliance policies.

Functional Knowledge

  • HCM, ERP and SCM Understanding
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules like Financials, EPM, HCM & SCM.

Data Management and Analytics

  • Skills in data governance, reporting, and using Oracle BI tools for insights.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Fusion Tenancy setup and configuration
  • Monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Coordinating deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
