<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>The RPM Home Team is the fastest largest growing home service company, seeking a few labor Technicians.</p><p>The Laborer provides attic insulation (blown cellulose), mold prevention and remediation to residential customers.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Weekly commissions $1400+ paid on square footage</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Requirements:</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>- </strong></b>A Valid Drivers License is required to drive company vehicle.</p><p>- vehicle to get to shop in time for early shifts</p><p>- week-end work</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Key responsibilities of the Laborer include, but are not limited to:</strong></b></p><p>- Attic Insulation (blown cellulose)</p><p>- Load truck daily with material</p><p>- Operate equipment and machinery</p><p>- Install baffles</p><p>- Load, unload and move materials on and around the job site</p><p>- Manually remove debris from driveways with equipment.</p><p>- Ensure job site is organized and free of clutter, rubble, and garbage.</p><p>- Other General Labour related duties as required.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Qualifications:</strong></b></p><p>- Hard worker</p><p>- Reliable and Punctual</p><p>- Time Management</p><p>- Dedicated</p><p>- Self-motivated and driven</p><p>- Communication skills</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Expectations:</strong></b></p><p>- Demonstrate professionalism</p><p>- Have a sense of urgency</p><p>- Accountability and dependability</p><p>- Accomplish goals in a team environment</p><p>- Attention to detail</p><p>- High energy, and ability to meet deadlines</p><p>- Meeting at office or jobsite each morning</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Please submit resume and we will contact you.</strong></b></p></p></p>
