No </p><p><span >_________________________________________________________________________________________</span></p><p> <br /><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong> <br />The Marketing & Design Assistant plays a key role in supporting our creative and marketing initiatives across print, digital, and web. This in-office position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-driven, and eager to grow their design and content skills in a fast-paced environment. </p><p><strong>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </strong> </p><p>Assist our in-house Design & Marketing team with: </p><p> • Creating and formatting brochures, flyers, stickers, business cards, and product catalogues </p><p> • Designing and preparing social media posts and promotional materials </p><p> • Formatting design assets using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop </p><p> • Ensuring visual consistency and clean layout across all materials </p><p>Document & Digital Formatting: </p><p> • Create fillable PDFs </p><p> • Format proposals, Word documents, and templates </p><p> • Prepare visually strong PowerPoint presentations </p><p> • Assist with updating and editing content on our WIX website </p><p> </p><p>Marketing Operations & Ordering Support: </p><p> • Place orders for: </p><p> • Marketing supplies </p><p> • Promotional materials </p><p> • Print items (flyers, brochures, labels, etc.) </p><p> • Liaise with print shops and suppliers </p><p> • Track invoices and receipts </p><p> • Pick up local marketing supplies or print orders (personal vehicle required) </p><p>Administrative & Project Coordination Support: </p><p> • Support the Design & Marketing team with day-to-day coordination tasks </p><p> • Help organize digital files, project folders, and creative assets </p><p> • Assist with trade show preparation and materials </p><p> • Perform other duties and creative projects as assigned </p><p></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p><p>Technical & Creative Skills </p><p> • Basic proficiency in WIX </p><p> • Proficient in Adobe softwares such as Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop </p><p> • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e Power Point, Word and Excel) </p><p> • Strong understanding of visual layout, typography, and branding principles </p><p>Professional Skills </p><p> • High attention to detail and strong sense of organization </p><p> • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced creative environment </p><p> • Strong communication and teamwork abilities </p><p> • Valid driver’s license (G or G2) and access to a vehicle </p><p> </p><p><strong>EDUCATION </strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or coursework in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong> </p><ul><li><p> Office environment with extended periods working on a computer </p></li></ul><ul><li><p> Frequent use of design software and creative applications </p></li></ul><ul><li><p> Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a design-focused team </p></li></ul><ul><li><p> Must be able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>qAe2ltEyM5</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
