This job will be on site with possible hybrid work set up, ONLY applicants living in the Ottawa area and preferably close to the office will be considered.


Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, excellent design skills, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design visual content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand guidelines.
  • Create layouts, graphics, and illustrations for brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all projects and platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver final design files in required formats for print or digital use.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is an asset (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) or Figma/Canva.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and revise designs accordingly.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with web design and social media content creation.
