Remote – with regular travel in Asia (focus on Korea and Japan)

Remote, with working hours overlapping with UAE and USA time zones

Full-time, flexible with time zone alignment

About the Client:
Inner Circle Agency is hiring on behalf of a pioneering Layer 1 blockchain protocol focused on decentralized data access. Built to enable secure, scalable integration of real-world data, our client is laying the foundation for a more connected Web3 ecosystem. With strong global momentum, they’re expanding their reach across Asia—and looking for a growth leader to make it happen.
Role Overview:
This is a high-impact, senior-level position focused on leading growth initiatives across key Asian markets—especially Korea and Japan. You’ll build and execute regional strategy, activate your local network, and cultivate ecosystem adoption by connecting with developers, exchanges, wallets, partners, and communities. If you’ve built ecosystems before and are ready to own APAC expansion, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute a regional growth plan tailored to Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia
Secure strategic partnerships with at least 3 high-potential dApps per quarter
Launch and scale the protocol’s presence in two new markets annually
Grow active user base in Korea and Japan by 30% within 12 months
Track and manage business development pipeline in a structured, transparent format
Cultivate and maintain relationships with founders, wallets, exchanges, and KOLs
Organize quarterly regional partner summits and lead two hosted events annually
Hire and lead community expansion: 3 regional managers + 20+ ambassadors
Represent the project at 6+ top industry events per year across Asia
Lead regional PR and influencer campaigns in collaboration with marketing
Promote the project through thought leadership, media, and event presence
Qualifications:
Required:
5+ years in business development, ecosystem growth, or strategic partnerships in Web3, fintech, or emerging tech
Strong network across the Asian crypto industry, especially in Korea and Japan
Track record of executing go-to-market plans and driving adoption
Fluent in English; able to work across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
Proven ability to work independently and travel frequently
Preferred:
Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese
Experience managing multi-regional teams
Comfortable negotiating complex partnerships with technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of regulatory and cultural landscapes in APAC
