We are a growing company with a strong team culture, looking to add a dedicated <b> HVAC Service Technician </b> to join our skilled workforce. </p><p></p><p><b> Position Summary: </b></p><p> We are currently seeking a <b> Full-Time HVAC Service Technician </b> with <b>2–3 years of hands-on experience </b> in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be licensed for gas work and have a strong foundation in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GTA (ONTARIO, CANADA)</p><p></p><p><b> Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units)</li><li> Perform scheduled preventive maintenance </li><li> Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining work performed and system conditions </li><li> Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards </li><li> Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and hours worked </li><li> Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>2–3 years of HVAC service experience </li><li> Valid <b> Gas Technician License (G2 or G1)</b> – required </li><li> HVAC certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program </li><li> Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record </li><li> Ability to work independently and manage time effectively </li><li> Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills </li><li> Excellent communication and customer service skills </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Assets (not required): </b></p><ul><li>313D or 313A refrigeration license </li><li> ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) Certification </li><li> Experience with smart home systems or HVAC controls </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What We Offer: </b></p><ul><li> Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and certifications)</li><li> Company vehicle and fuel card </li><li> Uniforms and company-paid PPE </li><li> Health and dental benefits </li><li> Ongoing training and development </li><li> Opportunity to grow within the company </li></ul><p></p><p><b> How to Apply: </b></p><p> Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to with the subject line “HVAC Service Technician Application – (Your Name)”. </p>
