Industrial Electrician (Food)
Job Description
Our client in the Hamilton region is an industry leading manufacturing facility and is looking to hire an individual on their Weekly 3-Shift Rotation OR Continental Rotation for an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities include:
- PLC modifying/troubleshooting
- Breakdown maintenance of robotics, packaging lines, wrappers, mixers, etc.
- Implement software changes and upgrades to improve equipment
- Electrical facilities maintenance duties
- Assist in development of PLC and HMI programs
- What you bring to the table:
- Valid 442A/309A Electrical License
- Minimum 3-5 years direct experience troubleshooting, modifying, and maintaining industrial control systems in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of automated machinery
- PLC’s and Robotics
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with maintenance in automotive, pharmaceutical, or packaging environment
Location: Ancaster, Ontario
Salary Range: $46-52.00/hr + OT
