Title: IT Project Manager - MSSP Transition

Location: Edmonton, AB Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote after initial phase)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end MSSP transition planning and delivery, including design sessions, testing, and adoption.
  • Coordinate SOC services migration (threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management).
  • Manage vendor onboarding, ensuring contractual and technical compliance.
  • Oversee transition governance, risk escalation, and issue resolution.
  • Align activities with cybersecurity frameworks and operational readiness criteria.
  • Validate service levels and contractual deliverables post-onboarding.
  • Support knowledge transfer and training for SOC analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards throughout the transition.
