Position Summary

Were looking for a passionate and service oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and takes pride in making every client experience exceptional.


As a key point of contact for incoming inquiries, youll be responsible for guiding clients through our rental processfrom initial quote to event day. Youll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and be a go-to expert on our catalog of rental products, including furniture, dcor, tableware, tents, and more.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming phone and email leads, creating quotes and responding to inquiries promptly while providing premium personalized service.
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in and scheduled customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Assisting clients with reservations, both with advance notice for planning as well as managing last-minute orders.
  • Creating connections with new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
    • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer, operations, and the sales team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team members, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
    • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing event reservations, delivery logistics and coordination to guarantee flawless event execution.
    • Assist in ensuring the showroom is always customer ready.
    • Representing the company at industry networking events, building connections with potential clients, vendors, and partners
    • Other duties as assigned


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role (call center or events industry experience is a bonus!)
  • Exceptional communication skillswritten, verbal, and interpersonal
  • A solutions-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working in high-volume, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems (e.g. POS, CRM, rental software)
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed to support events or client meetings
  • A team player who brings energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction
