What Youll Do

• Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries
• Pro-actively source leads through external partners and outbound calls
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
• Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
• Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
• Attend networking events and conduct outbound follow-up with leads

What You Bring

• Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred
• Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
• Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and active listening
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
• Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance (LLQP)
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused
• Ability to attend networking events, be able to work occasional nights and weekends
• Have reliable transportation
• Must have exceptional written and oral English language skills
• Strong initiative

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $45,000+ base salary based on experience
• Competitive Commission based on individual sales and Team results.
• Annual bonus based on Office Results
  
  
• Uncapped earning potential $60,000+ achievable with moderate performance and well above if you are able to be Life Insurance Focused
