Job Description / Duties
- First point of contact in helping customers in person and over the phone with MPI, Travel, and basic Personal Lines insurance needs.
- Educating and guiding clients to protect what matters most to them while building lasting relationships.
- Collaborating with teammates in a supportive and friendly environment.
- Continuously learning and growing your product and industry knowledge.
- Finding opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by truly understanding clients’ needs.
- Bringing a positive and team focused attitude to the office every day.
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Level 1 General Insurance License (MPI-IWS Certified) and preferred previous experience in MPI Services.
- Experience with EPIC software and insurance company portals is a bonus!
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (you love helping people).
- A professional, reliable, and team oriented attitude.
- A self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
