<p>We are seeking a Product Software Engineer to help build the world's best organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Fullstack development front end and back end</li>
<li>Engage customers on design features to enhance user experience</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Have a deep interest in creatingahighly interactive and pleasant to use web app.</li>
<li>Motivated and obsessed with solving hard problems.</li>
<li>Experience with a complicated single-page web app.</li>
<li><b>End-To-End Performance Optimizations.</b></li>
<li><b>Solid Javascript Skills.</b></li>
<li><b>Nodejs Experience.</b></li>
<li>Postgres and query optimization experience.</li>
<li><b>Previous Startup Experience.</b></li>
<li><b>(Bonus) Vuejs Experience</b></li>
