The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management, landscape Construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br /></strong><br><br><ul><li>Manage and supervise all aspects of landscape construction projects from inception to completion.<br><br></li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.<br><br></li><li>Coordinates snow and ice management during snow events day or night<br><br></li><li>Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.<br><br></li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.<br><br></li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.<br><br></li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.<br><br></li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, contracts, and change orders.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br /></strong><br><br><ul><li>5+ years of proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on landscaping projects.<br><br></li><li>5+ years of strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.<br><br></li><li>Knowledge of landscape construction practices, civil construction work.<br><br></li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution.<br><br></li><li>Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.<br><br></li><li>Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.<br><br></li></ul><br><br></p></p>
