Are you seeking a flexible position that offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation? We are looking for an experienced Lawyer who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
 
Duties:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Represent clients in dealings with Canadian immigration authorities.
  • Assist clients with visa applications, ITCs, and permanent residency processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on immigration pathways, strategies, and policies.
  • Stay abreast of changes in immigration law and policy.

 
Skills:
  • Expertise in legal writing and drafting.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.


License/Certification:
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (required).
  • JD or LLB degree from a Canadian Law School (required).

 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
