Job description:Are you seeking a flexible position that offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation? We are looking for an experienced Lawyer who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
- Represent clients in dealings with Canadian immigration authorities.
- Assist clients with visa applications, ITCs, and permanent residency processes.
- Provide expert guidance on immigration pathways, strategies, and policies.
- Stay abreast of changes in immigration law and policy.
Skills:
- Expertise in legal writing and drafting.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
License/Certification:
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (required).
- JD or LLB degree from a Canadian Law School (required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
