Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Leadtec Coordinator to join a world-class manufacturing team in Winnipeg. As a Leadtec Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between data and physical production, ensuring that every garment moving through the facility is tracked with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities



  • Capture all data from Leadtec and distribute key information to the Director of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, Production Managers, and Supervisors for their review

  • Create RFID cards in Leadtec and issue to new hire employees

  • Load Bundle information into the various plants system

  • Communicate with Supervisors and make corrections to daily transactions as required

  • Distribute updated RF cards for each Production Order to the Bundling Department

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications



  • At least 2 years experience in an office position in a manufacturing environment

  • Problem solving abilities

  • Strong capabilities in planning, organizing and process control

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, operate proactively, work as a team and handle challenges

  • Must be familiar with computers and business software such as MS Office and skilled in Excel

  • Office/Manufacturing environment
