Our client, a well established and growing company located in Vaughan, Ontario  is in need of a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to join its team. This is an exciting new opportunity to work within the legal department of a highly successful and thriving corporation.

In this role your duties and responsible will include but are not limited to: drafting correspondence, assisting with drafting of legal documents, scheduling meetings and calendar management, maintaining purchaser files, enrolling lots in Tarion and maintaining Tarion database, tracking invoices,  communication with other counsel and providing information and documentation as required,

The successful candidate should have some experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department. Previous experience working in a real estate practice would be considered an asset. Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills are required along with a upbeat, energetic and professional demeanour.
