Eansor Auto Group is looking for an Afternoon/Evening Licensed Service Technician at Courtesy Ford Lincoln in London!
As a key member of our team, the Service Technician brings to life the ultimate service experience. The Service Technician is responsible for working attentively in maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety and customer satisfaction as well as overall department success. We are looking to bolster our afternoon/evening hours with a licensed technician to support our high volume workshop.
Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11-8pm, Friday 10-7.
(Saturday extra hours optional)
Wage: $29 hourly + (commesurate on experience)
Job Duties:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned in a timely fashion.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform the repair.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
- Perform road test and safety inspections.
- Recommend maintenance work based on Ford/Lincoln's schedule.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Valid Automotive Service Technician of Qualification License (310s or 310t). Ford experience preferred.
- Strong Aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Valid Driver’s License (G) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
- Eager to continue sharpening and learning skills through Ford training courses.
