As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the execution of sales contracts, ensuring smooth operations from contract inception to customer satisfaction.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate with Trader, Sales, and Operations Staff: Work closely with our trader, sales team, and operational staff to ensure the smooth execution of sales contracts. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining cohesion across all teams.</li><li>Logistics Solutions Setup: Assist traders in setting up logistics solutions and related projects before sales, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place for efficient delivery.</li><li>Purchase Order Follow-Up: Support traders in following up with suppliers on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any potential issues that may arise.</li><li>Customer Issue Resolution: Collaborate with traders and sales teams to address any issues raised by customers promptly.
