Job Description

Adecco is actively seeking a skilled <strong>Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical)</strong> to join our client's team and support the reliability and performance of their manufacturing operations in Scarborough, ON. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting expertise, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, and a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. <ul> <li> <strong> Pay Rate: </strong> $41/hour. <li> <strong> Location: </strong> Scarborough, ON <li> <strong> Shift: </strong> Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-1:00am and Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm <li> <strong> Job type: </strong> Permanent Full-time </ul> <strong>Responsibilities: </strong> <ul> <li> Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment <li> Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime <li> Execute preventive maintenance programs and conduct regular equipment inspections <li> Assist with installation, commissioning, upgrades, and modifications of equipment <li> Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations <li> Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and reports <li> Analyze complex technical problems and make sound, independent decisions <li> Work effectively both independently and as part of a team while communicating clearly with stakeholders </ul> <strong>Requirements: </strong> <ul> <li> Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada. <li> Completion of a four-year university program plus a one-year apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering <li> 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment <li> Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems with proven troubleshooting abilities <li> Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail <li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment <li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills </ul> Don't miss out on this <strong>Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical)</strong> position in Scarborough, ON .
