<p>The<br>Manager of Broker Relations<br>will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing relationships with external real estate brokers to drive sales performance across all projects. This role ensures brokers are engaged, informed, supported, and equipped with the resources they need for successful project launches and ongoing sales initiatives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Broker Engagement & Relationship Management</p><ul><li>Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with key brokerages and industry partners.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers regarding upcoming launches, inventory, incentives, and sales programs.</li><li>Conduct regular outreach, meetings, and presentations to keep brokers informed and engaged.</li></ul><p>Sales Support & Project Launch Coordination</p><ul><li>Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to prepare broker materials, event presentations, incentives, and communication strategies.</li><li>Assist in organizing and executing broker-focused events, VIP previews, launch days, and training sessions.</li><li>Ensure brokers have a full understanding of project features, pricing, product mix, and selling points.</li></ul><p>Reporting & Market Intelligence</p><ul><li>Track broker engagement metrics, sales performance, and feedback to optimize future launches and initiatives.</li><li>Provide reports and insights to leadership on broker activity, market trends, and competitive developments.</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand broker networks and drive sales growth through strategic engagement.</li></ul><p>Internal Collaboration</p><ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams to align communication and broker strategies.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives targeting broker audiences.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of CRM enhancements and broker-focused communication tools.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, broker relations, or residential development (builder/developer experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of the GTA real estate market and broker networks.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales reporting tools</li></ul>
