Set up drawing and work with internal and external designer and drafters.</li><li><br />Review projects with supervisor and distribute to team resources.</li><li><br />Perform construction administration tasks.</li><li><br />Survey and evaluate existing systems at job sites.</li><li><br />Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions.</li><li><br />Share project objectives with team.</li><li><br />Be responsible for the quality of deliverables, costs, schedules, and project efficiencies.</li><li><br />Develop relationships with clients, meet expectations, and ensure their satisfaction.</li><li><br />Participate in business development, as required.</li><li><br />Build relationships with external clients and meet company growth objectives.</li><li><br />Ensure the proper execution of mechanical related projects under supervision of the supervisor.</li><li><br />Develop drawings, preliminary layouts, and sketches utilizing computer-assisted design/drafting programs.</li></ul><p></p><p>What Youll Bring To TCG:</p><p></p><ul><li><br />Minimum of 3-5 years of direct industry experience in the field of mechanical building services. Retrofit experience is preferred. </li><li><br />Diploma / Degree from a mechanical building services technical program or an engineering program. </li><li><br />Strong leadership qualities and mentorship skills. </li><li><br />Good working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems. </li><li><br />Knowledge and understanding of the National Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code.</li><li><br />Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive and ability to collaborate and problem solve as part of a team. </li><li><br />Ability to utilize both verbal and written forms of communication to effectively communicate internally with colleagues as well as externally with clients. </li><li><br />Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects working in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines. </li><li><br />Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications. </li><li><br />Highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail is a must. </li></ul><p></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
