This is a long-term opportunity offering excellent pay, stability, and strong career advancement potential.</p><p><br /></p><p>What’s in it for you</p><ul><li><p>Competitive hourly rate: $52.77 on days or $60.22 on continental shifts</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</p></li><li><p>Performance-based bonus program</p></li><li><p>Three weeks of vacation to start</p></li><li><p>Career advancement opportunities with a global organization</p></li></ul><p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to reduce downtime and improve performance</p></li><li><p>Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery</p></li><li><p>Participate in daily management huddles and continuous improvement activities</p></li><li><p>Conduct job hazard analyses and ensure all work complies with safety standards</p></li><li><p>Support operators by training on Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Tightening (CILT) practices</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with operators and team members to identify and eliminate equipment and safety issues</p></li><li><p>Carry out root cause failure analyses and assist with precision maintenance planning</p></li><li><p>Handle mechanical rebuilds, installations, rigging, and equipment alignment</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation</p></li></ul><p><p>What You Bring</p><ul><li><p>Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright (433A) certification</p></li><li><p>Minimum five years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); SAP experience an asset</p></li><li><p>Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed</p></li></ul><p><p>Why Join Us</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a Millwright who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
