As a Mixologist at Squires Gastro Pub, you will be the face behind the bar — crafting exceptional cocktails, engaging with guests, and delivering a memorable beverage experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
- Suggest drink pairings and create customized beverages based on guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Stock, prep, and restock bar ingredients and garnishes
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
- Educate guests and staff on cocktail ingredients and bar offerings
- Uphold a positive, energetic, and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Proven mixology skills and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Smart Serve Certified (Ontario)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Creativity and passion for mixology and hospitality
- Must be legal age to serve alcohol
