Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Plumbers (306A) to perform service, maintenance, and repair work on plumbing systems in high-rise residential and commercial properties throughout the GTA. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a licensed plumber are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and maintain plumbing systems in high-rise and commercial properties
- Diagnose and repair circulating and sump pumps
- Clear blocked drains using drain machines and CCTV pipe inspection tools
- Install and maintain plumbing fixtures (tubs, showers, taps, toilets, etc.)
- Service and install potable water and drain piping systems
- Perform maintenance and repair on backflow prevention devices (preferred, not required)
- Complete accurate service reports and communicate effectively with office staff
- Participate in on-call emergency rotation as scheduled
- Adhere to all company and safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid 306A Plumbing License – required
- Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License – clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required)
- Minimum 2 years of licensed plumbing experience – preferred
- High-rise and/or commercial service experience strongly preferred
- Backflow certification – preferred, not required
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Must pass a background check
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, with potential overtime, weekends, and on-call rotation
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $40–$55 per hour (based on experience)
