<h2>The Role:</h2> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Delivering English lessons and guidance to students.</li><li>Creating a fun and engaging classroom environment by facilitating one-on-one or group instruction & utilizing world class teaching methods.</li><li>Leading discussions, assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback.</li></ul><p>Position Details:</p><p>Start Date:</p><ul><li>Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process</li></ul><p>Teaching Hours:</p><ul><li>Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week</li></ul><p>Students: </p><ul><li>Adult professionals over the age of 18</li><li>Students are based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America</li></ul><p>Remuneration:</p><ul><li>Set base rate of 10 USD per hour</li></ul><p>Contract type:</p><ul><li>You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service Provider</li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Work from the convenience of your home</li></ul><h2>Ideal Profile:</h2><ul><li>You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.</li><li>You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.</li><li>You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.</li><li>You have engaging and inspiring communication skills.</li><li>You are punctual and precise timekeeping.</li><li>You are available to fit into allocated teaching shift slots.</li><li>You are aligned with The Really Great Teacher Company's values and a culture fit.</li><li>You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field).</li><li>You have accredited 120 Hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA.</li><li>You have 6 months teaching or tutoring experience.</li><li>English First Language Speakers from the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand</li><li>PC specifications Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (8 CPUs) or greater</li><li>Memory: 8GB RAM or greater</li><li>Backup power Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching)</li><li>A stable fibre internet connectionAt a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speeds</li><li>PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection</li><li>Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera. Back-up headset highly recommended</li><li>Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment</li></ul><h2>What's on Offer?</h2><ul><li>Excellent career development opportunities</li><li>Flexible working options</li><li>Great work environment</li></ul>
