We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization, and training is provided.

Compensation:$100,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
- Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
- Passionate about selling
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Great phone presence with a closer mentality
- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Outgoing and loves to talk to people
- A Real estate license is required to sell real estate. Please apply if you have or have a desire to obtain a license
