<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Outside Sales Representative – Modular & RTM Homes</strong><br />Southern Alberta | Full-Time | Competitive Base + Commission + Benefits<br><br> We’re working with a well-established and respected manufacturer of Ready-to-Move (RTM) and modular homes seeking a dynamic <strong>Outside Sales Representative</strong> to expand their market presence across Southern Alberta.<br><br> This role is all about building long-term, relationship-driven partnerships — especially with First Nations communities, developers, and rural customers. If you’re passionate about housing, love being on the road, and have a knack for building trust and driving sales — this is your opportunity.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br /><ul><li>Spend 80–90% of your time on the road, developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships</li><li>Focus on large-scale sales (not one-off deals) with First Nations communities, developers, and rural clients like farmers and ranchers</li><li>Manage a longer sales cycle (typically 4–10 months) with a strategic, relationship-first approach</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor on modular/RTM housing solutions, aligning customer needs with tailored product offerings</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline — this is not a “sit in the showhome and wait” kind of sales role</li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong><br /><ul><li>Proven experience selling into First Nations communities or demonstrated understanding of how to respectfully build those relationships</li><li>Background in modular, RTM, or residential construction sales (or similar industry experience)</li><li>Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently on the road</li><li>Strong relationship-building and business development skills — a true hunter mindset</li><li>Ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Based in Southern Alberta (High River, Okotoks, Airdrie, etc.); flexible location as long as you're within a reasonable travel radius</li></ul><strong>Territory:</strong><br /> Southern Alberta – including areas from Red Deer south to the Alberta border (east and west), Rocky Mountain House, Pincher Creek, and beyond<br><br><strong>Compensation & Perks:</strong><br /><ul><li>Competitive base salary with commission structure</li><li>Full benefits package, RRSP matching, and potential for a branded company vehicle</li><li>Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use</li><li>Long-term career growth with a company that values autonomy and results</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
