We are a well-established and rapidly growing windows & doors manufacturer/installer serving residential and commercial clients. Due to expanding operations, we are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in face-to-face selling and wants to earn what their effort is worth.


If you're confident meeting homeowners, builders, and contractors, understand consultative selling, and enjoy closing deals, this role is for you.


What You'll Do:
  • Generate and manage outside sales through leads, referrals, and self-prospecting.
  • Meet customers on-site to assess needs, take measurements, and recommend suitable window & door solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
  • Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field.



What We're Looking For:
  • Proven outside sales experience (construction, windows & doors, building materials or Automobile Industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to read drawings, measurements, or willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
