<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Home once or twice a week and at least part of the weekend.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years driving experience</li>
<li>Cross border driving experience</li>
<li>At least 1 year of tanker, dry bulk or flatbed experience</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Pay Package:</b> $3500 Sign on bonus</p>
<p><b>Milage Rate:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Loaded Miles 1.58 + Fuel Surcharge miles (Based on PC Miler Practical Route)</li>
<li>Empty Miles 1.32 + Fuel Surcharge miles (Based on PC Miler Practical Route)</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Company Paid:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Detention after 2 hours at customer $45.17 an hour</li>
<li>Hourly work within 100 miles of terminal $58.32 per hour</li>
<li>Layovers - $275 after a clear 24 hour break (Does not include reset hours)</li>
<li>IRP Plates - 100%</li>
<li>Tank Wash - Flat Rate $45.17</li>
<li>On Time unloading /Delivery of load - $22.00</li>

<li>Holdback $3000 - Deducted at $50.00 per week</li>
<li>Fuel</li>
<li>Insurance = 7.5% gross revenue (5.5% after 1 year accident free)</li>
<li>Emission Testing</li>
<li>PTO & Drive Shaft - if required (PTO 1200 output)</li>
<li>Must ensure 5th wheel is correct height based on vehicle weight</li>
<li>MT Weight 16000-17000 = 48" 18000 = 49" 19000 = 50" 20000 = 52"</li>
</ul>
<p>Vehicles must pass a GBT road test and inspection. GBT requires copies of all maintenance records completed at offsite locations.</p>
