CARSTAR Collision and Glass is looking for a Parts Clerk to work in their busy auto collision repair facility.  Duties and Responsibilities:  * Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. * Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur. * Provide service technicians with parts as required. * Assist with Parts Manager in stocking shelves * Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale. * Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger * Verify receiving documents. * Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager. * Any other general tasks as required.  Qualifications:  * At least one year’s experience in the industry would be an asset * Functional/Technical Knowledge is an asset * Work independently without close supervision * Flexible/adaptable to constant change  * Highly organized individuals with the ability to multitask will be an asset  * Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work under own initiative * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs   Working Conditions: * Bending, crouching, walking * Smells, odors, chemicals, dirt, dust * Warm temperatures Company Profile: CARSTAR Hamilton Offers:  * Best In Class facility * A competitive compensation plan * Benefits program * Employee Discounts * Initial and continuous training * Opportunity to grow within CARSTAR Canada Join the leading team and be part of North America’s largest and fastest growing collision repair network.
